Defence Minister Denys Shmyhal has announced the official launch of the new state platform zbroya.gov.ua. It brings together key government services, support programmes, and up-to-date information for defence industry enterprises.

Available opportunities include:

  • preferential loans at 5% (up to UAH 500 million) for scaling production, purchasing equipment, and launching new developments into mass production;
  • “Iron Polygon” — fast-track testing of weapons and military equipment;
  • “Components Library” — a secure database of component manufacturers;
  • “Made for Victory” grants — support for the localization of component production;
  • Brave1 grants for startups and innovators in defence tech;
  • employee reservation for critical enterprises.

“We have simplified access to state services for manufacturers and created an ecosystem that will accelerate testing, scaling, and weapons production,” said Deputy Defence Minister Anna Hvozdiar.

In addition to services, the platform provides educational opportunities for enterprises, as well as current job vacancies, including for veterans. In the near future, it will also be supplemented with a regulatory framework and a leasing program for the purchase of equipment and technology.

Earlier, the government allowed Ukrainian arms manufacturers to capitalize lending costs — including up to 10% of loan expenses in the cost of production.
