Ukraine has joined the global network of combat laboratories CFBLNet. What is this project?

Ukraine has become a member of the Combat Field Laboratories Network (CFBLNet), a multinational initiative for testing, joint exercises and verification of defense developments. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.

This significantly expands the ability to test Ukrainian combat systems for interoperability and their readiness for use in international operations. After the appropriate accreditation, Ukraine will also be able to conduct testing in secure networks with a “secret” classification.

Cooperation with NATO within CFBLNet will facilitate the exchange of expertise, strengthen partnerships, conduct exercises, and increase interoperability of military technologies.

In addition to Ukraine, the initiative includes 39 partners, including 32 NATO countries, as well as Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and NATO representatives. In total, the network includes more than 400 locations in 26 countries.
