The Ministry of Defense presented the “Military Assistant” – a platform with templates for different needs
This should ease bureaucracy in the army

The Ministry of Defense announced the launch of the Military Assistant. This is an online platform for military personnel that offers ready-made templates to simplify bureaucratic procedures in the military sphere.
According to Stanislav Haider, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, the platform is aimed at making the submission of documents as convenient and efficient as possible. The Military Assistant contains more than 80 standardized templates for various situations, such as applying for leave or dismissal. The templates are available in .doc, .docx, and .pdf formats and meet current requirements.
The goal of the project is to minimize errors, avoid delays in approving documents, and ensure effective protection of the rights of military personnel. The platform works on all types of devices and will be updated as needed.
In January of this year, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed Bill No. 10062, which paved the way for the digitalization of the Ukrainian army. The document, which was supported by 249 MPs after lengthy discussions, made it possible to digitize military services and processes. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that this will significantly improve the collection, processing and use of military data.
