The document was signed during the AUSA 2025 international exhibition in Washington, <a href=\"https:\/\/me.gov.ua\/News\/Detail\/f90ec153-ea7b-4096-b66c-7cd1bf48b058?lang=uk-UA&amp;title=BellHelicopter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">according<\/a> to the Ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bell Textron Inc plans to develop a production base in Ukraine for the assembly, maintenance and repair of helicopters. The company will begin preparations for production localisation, which includes opening a Bell representative office in Ukraine and establishing a Final Assembly and Check-Out (FACO) centre. In addition, the company will explore opportunities to establish a joint venture with Ukrainian partners, as well as to transfer technologies, equipment and tools necessary for production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the cooperation, training is also planned for Ukrainian engineers and technical specialists in the United States and at the future facility in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-align-left wp-element-button\" href=\"http:\/\/stage.thedefender.media\/en\/insights\/zeefe-gfv-interview\/\"><strong>Read more:<\/strong> This $20 million US fund is helping Ukrainian dual-use startups reach global markets: interview with Green Flag co-founder Justin Zeefe<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputy Minister of Economy Vitalii Kindrativ noted that the signing of the Memorandum is a step towards the development of modern high-tech manufacturing, the expansion of industrial capacities and the attraction of investment in strategic sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bell Textron had already <a href=\"http:\/\/stage.thedefender.media\/en\/2025\/07\/dorozvidka-18\/\">announced its intentions to cooperate in July<\/a> this year. Previously, the company had also offered to sell Ukraine light attack helicopters 407M and AH-1Z Viper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bell Textron Inc is an American aircraft manufacturer headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, and is part of the Textron Corporation. Bell is one of the world\u2019s leading producers of helicopters, tiltrotors and aerospace systems used by the US armed forces, NATO countries and civilian operators in more than 120 countries worldwide.
