Brave1 launches Precision hackathon
The goal is to find solutions that will allow the military to perform operations with increased accuracy, efficiency and minimal losses

Defence tech cluster Brave1 announces the launch of the Precision hackathon, which aims to find solutions that will allow the military to conduct operations with increased accuracy, efficiency and minimal losses.
Among the areas of innovation being sought are improvements to targeting systems, including the development of new algorithms and innovations in machine learning models, sensor integration, and real-time data analysis to create an accurate picture of targeting. In addition, the hackathon is looking for the development of smart munitions capable of adjusting their trajectory in flight to hit dynamic or partially hidden targets.
The program also includes simulators and virtual and augmented reality (VR) training applications to train precise targeting and improve aiming skills. In addition, the program focuses on autonomous and semi-autonomous systems equipped with high-precision engagement capabilities, as well as network-centric warfare, tools to improve targeting data exchange and command and control systems.
Registration for the hackathon started on May 27 and will last until June 8. Applications can be submitted at link. Ukrainian and international developers, engineers, military personnel, experts, scientists, students, startups, and others are welcome to participate. The hackathon will be held in three stages: first, an online session to form teams and propose solutions, then an offline session to improve solutions with consultants, and the final stage will be testing solutions at the testing ground and awarding the winners.
