The “Linza” (“Lens) UAV is a bomber copter with the ability to perform reconnaissance functions. The developers highlight the following features of the drone:
- Gyro-stabilised, steerable daytime/thermal camera.
- 8 or 10-inch body.
- Payload weight of 1.2 (2) kg.
- REB resistant control channel with dual-band VFD.
- Encrypted video communication with fast video channel change.
The declared tactical range of the “Linza” is 10 km. The drone weighs 5 kg.
Frontline says the drone is already being used by the Ukrainian military at the front line. The grant will also allow them to supply these drones to brigades that have already placed pre-orders.
The “Linza” is supplied as a complete set, which includes a ground station, a ground antenna, a tablet, a control panel, a charging station and a set of batteries.
