Brave1 conducts final tests of kamikaze strike drones with a range of over 40 km

The state defence tech cluster Brave1 has conducted final tests of kamikaze strike drones with a range of 40 kilometres or more. This was announced the day before by Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.

Kamikaze strike drones with a range of over 40 km, capable of overcoming electronic warfare, represent a new level of enemy engagement far beyond the front line.

Thanks to Brave1’s assistance and feedback from the military, manufacturers have been able to develop highly effective technologies that will soon be deployed on the front line.

Strike drones are becoming an affordable and practical solution for the front — they are inexpensive to produce and easy to scale. They enable precise strikes at distances of 40, 50 and even more kilometres.

The preliminary stage of testing took place in July this year, when developers including Darts, Virtus, Airfox, Frontyr and others presented their drones.
