The UAV has already been codified and supplied to units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mercury is capable of carrying out reconnaissance within a 70-kilometre radius for up to three hours or performing autonomous flights without operator control at distances of up to 100 kilometres. Developers highlight the UAV\u2019s ability to operate under adverse conditions: it can take off and land in wind speeds of up to 15 m\/s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"720\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1280 \/ 720;\" width=\"1280\" controls src=\"http:\/\/stage.thedefender.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/mercury1.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Mercury UAV. Manufacturer\u2019s video<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mercury is also fitted with a dual-band optical module, enabling surveillance in both daylight and thermal imaging modes at distances of up to 20 kilometres for vehicles and up to 15 kilometres for infantry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the manufacturer, the drone is fully developed and produced in Ukraine.
