{"id":11525,"date":"2025-09-17T19:00:05","date_gmt":"2025-09-17T16:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stage.thedefender.media\/?p=11525"},"modified":"2025-12-08T11:57:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T09:57:07","slug":"mits-capital-launches-mits-industries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/stage.thedefender.media\/en\/2025\/09\/mits-capital-launches-mits-industries\/","title":{"rendered":"MITS Capital launches Danish-Ukrainian alliance MITS Industries, bringing together Tencore, Infozahyst, Unwave, and more"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukrainian-American investment group <a href=\"http:\/\/stage.thedefender.media\/en\/tags\/mits\/\">MITS Capital<\/a> has announced the creation of the Danish-Ukrainian company&nbsp;MITS Industries, which will unite leading Ukrainian producers of components for the \u201cdrone war.\u201d According to a press release shared with&nbsp;Defender Media, MITS Industries is designed to serve as an investment platform for Ukraine\u2019s defence tech market while strengthening European security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MITS Industries will be incorporated in Denmark, with offices in Copenhagen and Kyiv. It will bring together leading Ukrainian defence tech players across five key segments: unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), counter-drone systems, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), unmanned surface and underwater vessels (USVs\/UUVs), and electronic intelligence and electronic warfare systems (SIGINT &amp; EW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The alliance will unite more than 1,000 employees from top Ukrainian companies in their respective sectors. Initially, MITS Industries will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/stage.thedefender.media\/en\/tags\/tencore\/\">Tencore<\/a><\/strong>, one of the world\u2019s leading producers of unmanned ground robots;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"\/?tag=infozahist\">Infozahyst<\/a><\/strong>, a major Ukrainian developer of SIGINT systems with over 20 years of expertise;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"\/?tag=unwave-en\">Unwave<\/a><\/strong>, one of Ukraine\u2019s largest manufacturers of EW systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A&nbsp;<strong>UAV producer<\/strong>, whose name has not yet been disclosed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MITS Capital will act as coordinator and a minority investor in the project. Institutional investors from Denmark and other countries will provide the main financing, said Perry Boyle, co-founder and CEO of MITS Capital and chairman of MITS Industries. The investment sum has not been disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MITS Industries will operate on a&nbsp;drone-as-a-service model, enabling the large-scale production of advanced drones and counter-drone systems to neutralise threats in the air, on land, and at sea.
