What Ukrspecsystems showcased at the 2025 International Drone Show in Denmark

Ukrainian company Ukrspecsystems took part in the International Drone Show 2025 (IDS) held in Odense, Denmark. The company showcased three advanced unmanned systems — the PD-2E, Shark-M, and Mini Shark. According to the specialised outlet Aeronavt Media, these products sparked interest from several European defence agencies.

It is reported that the flagship drone PD-2E was the largest UAV on display at the exhibition, and its demonstration flight — despite challenging weather conditions — was the longest among all showcased drones. The flight lasted over four hours and was streamed live in real time. The platform received positive feedback for its reliability, endurance, and adaptability to combat conditions.

During the exhibition, the company’s representatives not only presented the technical specifications of the drones, but also held a number of meetings with partners from various countries, discussing prospects for cooperation. The growing interest in Ukrainian unmanned systems is also linked to the CORVUS project announced in the UK, which is aimed at updating the fleet of reconnaissance drones. According to international experts, the PD-2 is considered one of the main contenders to replace outdated models.

Ukrspecsystems drones presented at IDS 2025:

• PD-2E is a multi-purpose drone with combat experience, a wingspan of 5 m, and a flight duration of over eight hours. It is equipped with electronic warfare protection, supports a variable configuration (catapult or chassis), and transmits an encrypted video signal over long distances.
• Shark-M is a tactical platform with a range of up to 180 km and a flight duration of up to seven hours. It is equipped with secure communication, a guidance system, and a signal repeater function for other UAVs, including strike UAVs.
• Mini Shark is a compact drone for rapid deployment in the field, carried in a backpack. It operates for up to two hours, has a maximum speed of up to 120 km/h, and a flight altitude of up to 1,000 m.

Previously, Defender Media reported that Shark-M drones from Ukrspetssystems were observed during tests by the Czech Ministry of Defence.
